Monarch Formals can NOT sell items. We depend on the monetary donations for the success of this program. We do accept dress donations; however not in exchange for borrowing items. Monetary donations are required. All garments and accessories are on loan and remain the property of Monarch Formals and must return in the same or better condition one week after your event.
